STOP!

So you are on your computer, obviously... I mean, you are reading this, so you are, but why? No wait... the question here is not "Why?", the real question here is "For what?". Have you really thought about it? I bet you have your Facebook open, or Twitter or at least YouTube, right? And what are you doing there? Maybe stalking someone, gossiping around, answering a comment, writing "I'm eating an Ice cream", listening to music, watching a video of a cat... but really, for what?

OK, we all need that feeling of acceptance, we love it when people comment or like our Facebook status, re-tweet our 140 words or like your comment in a video, but don't you think you could be doing something better or different than what you normally do? And I'm not just talking about your homework, I'm not you mom, but I'm someone that is really worried about you. I don't care if you ate only junk food for breakfast, if you ate a salad or fruit afterwards, or at least exercise 20 minutes everyday. I know, I know, you don't have time, don't have a place to exercise, or you are too tired, but come on! You have at least the weekends do ride your dusty bike or run with your dog at the park near your house (and your dog would love you even more!). And if you don't have a bike or a dog, maybe you can think of another excuse to exercise rather than an excuse not to.

Now, running or riding a bike is not everything, you are a human being and need a time for yourself. Friends are not going to go to the restroom with you all the time (unless you are a girl, girls are always together like Germans and beer [if you are from Germany, no offence... ^^']). Give yourself some time.

A friend of mine is trying something that made me consider her a good role model, she decided to be a vegetarian from Monday to Friday (in order to help the environment), so in consequence she eats more vegetables and fruit, and that makes her healthier, which is good by the way.

So now I dare you... No, I double dare you, to close your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, 9Gag or whatever you are using, turn the computer off, get your cute butt of that chair and do something productive! Maybe not running in your garden or eating an entire salad, but something that would actually help you, like learning something new, or studying with a friend, maybe even your homework, but what I want you to do is something new, something out of the ordinary!

Fuck Routines!
Fuck Ordinary!
Love Creative!
Love New!
